Purchasing something online can be daunting - especially when it comes to instruments or mouthpieces you haven't had the chance to try in person.

 

That is why we offer 6 DAY TRIALS on a purchase-and-return basis on all items over $100.00 (except care products).

 

Due to import/export regulations, we can unfortunately only offer returns on items sold to customers inside the United States.

 

ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

 

GENERAL TERMS

 

The item can be returned within a 6 day window after receipt. Once the item is back with us, we will issue the refund for your item. Our restocking fees vary depending on the product, but we always try to keep them low. Before you purchase, check out the restocking fees for the item you are interested in below and don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions.

 

Keep one and return for free: We waive the restocking fee on returned items when more than one item was purchased, as long as one or more item(s) of equal or higher value is kept.

 

The maximum number of instruments that can be purchased on trial at one time is four (4). Only two (2) of which can be the same model (Eb, Bb and A clarinets of the same model are exempt. Getting two sets of Uebel Superiors, or a Bb, A, and Eb Uebel Superior for example is of course possible.)

 

Shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. A refund for the full amount of the transaction, minus shipping and restocking fees, if applicable, can only be made if all items reach MB's facilities in their original condition.

 

Shipping damages incurred on the way from our facilities to the buyer are our responsibility. Visibly heavily damaged packages, should not be accepted by the buyer. Any shipping damages must be documented and reported to us within the first 24 hours upon receipt the of the package. Shipping damages incurred on the way from the buyer to our facility are the buyers responsibility. In such a case, we, too, will provide documentation of damage within the first 24 hours upon receipt of the returned goods. We therefore highly recommend INSURED return shipping.

RETURN SHIPPING

 

Like mentioned above in the general terms, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Shipping expensive and delicate items like musical instruments can be daunting, so we put together some information to help guide you through the process.

REFUND TIMELINE

 

The time it takes for your refund to process through depends on your payment method:

 

○ If you used a credit or debit card, the refund can take up to 30 days to show up on your account.

 

○ If you used your bank account or PayPal balance, the refund should be in your account within 3 to 5 days.

 

 

WHY THE RESTOCKING FEE?

 

The restocking/sanitizing fee covers our expenses during the transaction. We try to keep it as low as possible.

 

The fee covers the following:

 

○ Cleaning/Sanitizing

○ Thorough check of instrument by our workshop

○ Administrative fees

○ Handling
